Moliqaj, estimates that through the ID agreement, Albin Kurti is institutionalising the special status of northern Kosovo municipalities.
He said number one of The PSD says these agreements are not reciprocity, which, according to him, Prime Minister Kurti has chosen the wrong way.
“You cannot accept the framework of dialogue and not accept the outcome of the dialogue, so Kurti has entered a process that will result in the creation of the territorial and political entity of the Kosovo Serbs who were guided by Belgrade, which he may try to package as a change of reciprocity but none of them is, so we have entered into a process of dialogue which is wrong, and the result will certainly be even more wrong”
As for the ID agreement, Moliqaj calls it a hidden compromise, with no recognition from Serbia under him.
These “can call it an agreement, but that agreement does not have the two main issues. Serbia's recognition of Kosovo will not be, seating in the UN will not, so any agreement that is not recognition, but that does not guarantee permanent peace between the two states, it is not a permanent accord”, Moliqaj said.
According to Moliqaj, the association of Serb majority municipalities (AKS) has found the penetrate formula.
He says this process will not bring mutual recognition between the two countries.
“With this mind that Kurti has for the state and for the co-operation between Kosovo and Serbia, then it is not on the horizon, so there is no connection to the final agreement, this process is about new compromises towards Serbia, which can normalise non-recognition between two countries and function as non-recognitional, but not as two independent states and that recognise each other”
Chairman The PSD also talked about the energy deal, which, according to him, treats the north differently. He says the government's actions faced this crisis have been delayed and wrong.
“I believe the power crisis problem, though it is global local reactions have been completely wrong and delayed sometimes, but more unfair. Remember that last year the Kurti Government has decided to support big businesses, banks and don't support other consumers. So even the money they've shared in the absolute majority goes there because they don't have the price of electricity increased. We grow and we have support up to 800 KW, but otherwise we grow 100 percent. Now warnings are of new growth. There has been a year to make plans to react to the crisis, none of which has made”.
He has also warned protests about the government's recent actions. Says Kurt only acts when he's under public pressure.
I believe there is no other way but to engage and protest citizens, because Kurti has no social contact. You have seen that you do not speak to the strikers, so it is not lawful for those who are troubled or touched by their decisions. Kurt knows only one language, and it is the language of public pressure. You've seen that in a matter public pressure has increased, Kurt's pulled back. The last decision was Minister Murati's decision had offended the liberation war, so when it was lifted to its top, it forced him to apologise”, Moliqaj said. /eo
