According to them, conditions in this facility are serious, while saying responsible institutions are not taking anything in this direction.
Their main requirement is to open the object windows.
The chairman of the Foundation Court Union Association in Pristina, Naim Rrustemi, says their concerns have started since they moved to this facility.
The root says that severe conditions at the Pallat of Justice have also contributed to the deteriorating health of many workers.
And this year we've been having a back-to-date construction of workers, which also took emergency ambulance interventions because of poor ventilation, because of not good climateization, due to lack of water, and indoors, and even the most different and very severe odors for human health... 02,0935 This object is not right because there's also a lack of oxygen and there's a shortage of climateism... What's more important is that we're having problems with our health and I'm honestly saying that if there were after actual institutions and if you're doing all the staff of the Court of Justice, I'm saying they're going to be very ill“, he stressed.
The root says their key requirement remains to open the windows of this object.
“Nonstop we've been looking to react because of lack of oxygen, our demand has been connected to open these windows because climate cannot reach, with aroma we can't achieve so the only option is to open these windows. I've received information that the tender was already made in November last year. And according to some of the bidding words there is a firm from Istog but tender work at the MAP ministry has not yet been completed because only the tender has been won and declared according to the Council's words both that judiciary and the Prosecutorial have participated in opening these windows. But, MAP officials don't know why they're testing why they're really neglecting us, said Rrustemi.
Pristina Foundation Court Union Association Chairman Naim Rrustemi warns escalation of protests unless the Ministry of Internal Affairs reflects on their demands.
Even looking at the volume of work and cargo we first started with protests from 2: 00 p.m. to 15:40 and for these days we haven't interviewed and received no news, we will continue for two or three days like this, but if we don't and we face deaf ears from institutions then we will radicalise protests”, he said.
Kosova Prees has also tried to get an answer from the Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding the demands of the workers of the Justice Palace, but have not returned any response.
The ventilation problem at the site of the Palace of Justice has been conveyed since 2014.
