The Chamber of Commerce and Industry asks Prime Minister Kurti to take care of the private sector as well

It is required that the Government of Kosovo take into consideration the burdened financial situation of businesses in the country and not condition private sector workers, as has not conditioned public sector workers and the same benefit equally from the state.

Among other things, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry recalls that there are over 250 thousand employees in the private sector who carry families and the life of Ibrahim is burdened by the economic situation created in the country.

Support Without Conditions for Workers!

Praising the heavy situation of private sector businesses and workers as a result of the Pandemia Covid-19, war in Ukraine, the surge in prices of family basket, oil, gas products and many other products, the Chamber of Commerce requires from the Government of Kosovo, namely by Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti direct support and without conditions for workers and the private sector.

Kosovo's Chamber of Commerce and Industry welcomed the recent decision made by the Government of Kosovo for the new package of measures to confront inflation. We recall that there are over 250 thousand employees in the private sector who carry family and the life of i dealt with is burdened by the economic situation created in the country, which may not benefit from this new package of measures warned by the Government of Kosovo because the only pre-priced point for this category is conditioning 50% of wage growth to 100 euros for the first three months, with the implementation of one will be very difficult for a large part of the businesses.

We recall that business in accounting, raises wages based on the possibilities it has and that it is related to sectors, market demand, their capacities and the fiscal policies the state offers.

Therefore, the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry requires the Government of Kosovo to consider the burdened financial situation of businesses in the country and not condition private sector workers, just as it has not conditioned public sector workers and the same benefits equally from the state.

We recall that during the energy crisis in the month we left behind, business remained over six hours a day without electricity and received no support from the state for the huge losses caused in products, penalties for non-realizing contracted agreements, etc., forcing some of the businesses according to their ability to invest in generators, inventors and batteries to cope with the crisis.

The Chamber of Commerce invites Kosovo's prime minister to a direct dialogue, considering that every day is on the ground, monitoring the business situation.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry also calls for the prime minister, ministers and other sectors of state to take into account the continued demands that you are being sent to the very ease of overcoming the crisis and boosting economic development in the country.
