Bugayski: Russian Army as Serbian Army in the 1990s withdraws and flees when facing professional army

Janusz Bugajski, an expert for the Balkans from the Centre for Analysis of European Policy (CEPA), headquartered in Washington, has said the Russian Army in Ukraine is acting similar to the Serbian Army in recent Balkan wars.

Russia's “Disaster in the Kharkiv region will be studied as one of the most spectacular blows in military history”, Ukrainian journalist Ilia Ponorenko wrote.

Disperseing this sentence, Bujaski wrote about the Russian Army's similarity with the Serbian Army in the setback.

Russia's “Army is very similar to the Serbian Army during the collapse of Yugoslavia ʹ withdraws and flees when facing a professional combat force”, Bugajski wrote on Twitter.
