The next summit for the “Open Balkans launched operations in Belgrade today, with the participation of partner leaders of the initiative to continue with a series of meetings and activities during today.
Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama addressed the summit in one word, where he stressed that the Balkans are for Europe, as important as Europe is for the Balkans, writes abcnews, Klankosova.tv broadcasts.
