Independent Private Sector Union Chairman Yusuf Azemi has said that this year over 61 thousand workers have left the country.
And according to him, compared to last year from Kosovo, 73 thousand and 670 workers have fled.
He said Kosovo is without workers because many companies are towards closure, and many more are working with 50 per cent of capacities.
Azem says qualified workers are missing and that their only route is being seen leaving Kosovo.
According to statistical data in 2021, over 43 thousand and 670 workers have released the country. Only in the January-June period of 2022 did more than 61 thousand workers who have launched their jobs”.
We're already out of work because many companies work at 50% of the capacities they have. Many companies are headed for closure in the absence of workers”.
“Qualified employees they are missing. The worst part is that the orientation of the qualified and unqualified is the flight from Kosovo”, Azemi said. / EO
