From meeting each other's families to planning their future, the two thought that each had found the other half. But the couple's future remains dependent, and their happiness was destroyed after a shocking discovery.
The couple are heartbreaking after learning that they are really brother and sister, never realizing it after both adopted at an early age. But when DNA tests, done in the hope of finding more for themselves, discovered a truth they never expected, and the couple remained in a deep dilemma, writes Mirror, broadcast Clancosova.tv.
The surprising story was discovered after the girlfriend shared her experience in a post at the Reddit “offychest” forum.
The woman stated: “I just learned that I've been in relation to my biological brother for 6 years”
She explained: “I am 30-year-old and my brother 31. I'm just gonna call my boyfriend most of the time while I write this. I feel weird about it. I was adopted as children, and I didn't know that until high school. I did not feel betrayed or cared very much. I love my parents and my parents love me. Who cares if they're not my real parents? My boyfriend was adopted, and when we met, it was one of the things we did. We did not both learn that we were adopted to high school, and we were both fortunate and had good families. Our relationship was, and it is still wonderful. We understood each other very quickly. We retired quickly. I've never met anyone and felt immediate attraction and familiarity. Now I know comfort and familiarity is because he's my brother. We've done everything a couple could do for six years together. We said we loved each other, had sex, celebrated anniversary, met each other's families”
The post has since become viral and has been distributed on numerous platforms, including @twohottaks, the TikTok account for a podcast that sees hosts reacting to Reddit posts.
