The Constitutional Court in Gjilan has approved the prosecution's request for the appointment of a 30-day detention measure against defendants A.M. and L. M.
According to the announcement, there is doubt that the two defendants during March and April in the village of Pasjak and Veles have forced a minor to commit sexual acts without its consent.
With these actions, the defendants allegedly committed a criminal act, violation, sanctioned by the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK)”, says the report at the Foundation Court in Gjilan.
While, according to the preliminary procedure judge, the measure of detention has been argued that other measures would be insufficient for successful development of criminal procedure.
