Werner has arrived this Monday in Germany, and tomorrow it is scheduled to undergo medical tests before officially signing a four-year contract with Leipzig.
Chelsea will earn 20m euros from the 26-year-old sale, while another 10m are bonus.
Werner played for Leipzig from 2016 to 2020, when he moved to Chelsea for 53m euros.
