CONMEBOL announced its support of the four countries to organise the RCentinal World Cup, stressing Uruguay was the first state to host the race in 1930.
Alejandro Dominguez, head of the conference, said a hundred years are only achieved once and now he must return home.
Spain and Portugal had earlier announced their candidacy to organize the race in 2030.
