I'm also aware of the orders Kurti and Osmani received. They're clear. I'm just wishing Kurt and Osman were seriously understanding the orders they received from the secretary. I'm sure there's a lot of clear messages they haven't revealed. I don't want to speculate, it's not in itself a problem to maintain a degree of diplomatic discretion.”, he said.
I know everything and for the sake of success and actions in diplomacy, but I assure you that nothing more vital and more important for the US today, and fortunately the same urgency for Kosovo, has yet to close the dialogue with Serbia.
