Serbia expresses gratitude to Venezuela for stance against Kosovo

Serbian diplomacy chief Nikola Sekalovic has said his country is grateful for as Venezuela's continued support for Serbia's positions on the Kosovo issue has said.

He made those comments in Caracas after meeting with Venezuela's president, Nicolas Maduro, broadcasts Klankosova.tv.

“Disobedience in internal affairs of states, preservation of sovereignty and territorial integrity, right to a sovereign policy and respect of international law, rather than the rights of the strongest, remains the fundamental principles of our state policy (4)x1>, Sakkovovic said, Danas reports.

Selakovic, among other things, said “the two countries' mutual support is not new, but that it stems from co-operation in the Movement of Unadvanced Countries.

Venezuela is among the countries that have not recognised Kosovo's independence.
