Russian Ambassador to Belgrade Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko has stressed that the Kosovo issue dominated in preparations for today's meeting.
The meeting comes days after that of Brussels, where Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq discussed within the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, which did not bring results.
