Sale of assets in liquidation SHAL 57 offers attractive property across Kosovo region

Intact property throughout Kosovo's territory has been released for sale by the Kosovo Privatisation Agency.

The AKP has announced the sale of assets in liquidating SHAL 57 of the liquidation companies. This wave of sale included very attractive assets in all regions of the Republic of Kosovo. In the Mitrovica region, a number of different and suitable sites for development of various activities have been put up for sale. The Pec region in this sale offers parcels of land with different surfaces in which agricultural industries can be developed, while the Prizren region also offers land parcels as well as two business development facilities. Also attractive locals are offered for sale in the Ferizaj and Lipjan region. All these social enterprise assets present excellent opportunities for expansion of business or new business initiatives in our country.

In this case, the AKP announces public opinion that, in line with the demands of the Pristina municipality, Podujevo and Dragas on public interest zones and the initiative of expropriation processes, it attracts from the following SHAL 57 assets:

Unit number 14 - KB Light Earth in Shajkoc;
Unit number 15. - KB Flora Earth in the Upper Minority;
Unit no. 16 - KB Progress Earth in Miroc;
Unit no. 19-Agrocos I office in Dardani;
Unit number 22 - UN Freedom Earth in Sisevo;
Unit number 33 - NSH Coritnik-Skittore in the village of Krstec, Dragash.

The public announcement of these assets is open since July 22, 2022, as the bidding is made on August 10, 2022. During this period, interested parties have the opportunity to obtain more detailed information and visit the properties offered for sale.

Closed offers for units/entities that are for sale through the sale of Assets with the No.57 Accounting should be submitted to “Conference Hall sound:, in Pristina on August 10th 2022, from 10:00 to 12:00, accompanied by supply deposits and fees for bidding, as scheduled for each article. The opening of the bids will take place the same day, starting at 12:30.
