The 31-year-old Dutchman has arrived on a private plane given to him by the owners of the Rome Club Friedkins, but he had first gone to Rotterdam to take his family members.
Hundreds of fans have gathered to host him at Ciampino Airport for more than once, cheering his name and celebrating the new transfer.
Even though it was very hot, the Rome Club has distributed water for fans to be hydrated.
He's gone towards the shutters and had his new club fans and then left in a car where he met with club directors.
He'll do medical tests tomorrow.
The deal is forcedly borrowing 8-9m euros if Rome ends up at the four-year top of Serie A new season, while the PSG will pay 50 per cent of its 9.5m-euro salary during the period.
