Besmir, Brilant, and Dicken, victims of the assassination 

The July 17th massacre 2022 in the Fushje-Cruja overpass, where Brilant Martinaj, Besmir Hoxha and Dicken Vata were executed in the car, shocked public opinion in the country. Brilant Martinaj and Besmir Hoxha's troops were burned in the car while Dicken Vata managed to get out of the car but was shot by the executions a few meters away.

The only one of the three people convicted in a gun-torn car was Dicken Vata, whom the court in Tirana had convicted of accusing “of producing and selling narcotics”.

While Besmir Hoxha, there were no cases registered to the prosecutor or being filed by police. Briland Martinaj, according to the prosecution, resulted only in the murder of FNSH police officer Gilio Prela (November 2020), but the case was fired and Redion and Sokol Hysa were arrested.

While sources near Laci's prosecution and Lezha police say that for the case of Jelal Reci's murder, in 2021, Briland Martinaj has never been suspected, and for this event he has never been questioned.
