Belgian attacker Romlelu Lukak has stopped talking about his goals with In\ter after returning to this team after a very difficult year of Chelsea.
He reflected on his difficult year with Chelsea and his intentions to lead Inter towards other trophies in the coming years.
The 29-year-old Belgian attacker joined “Bluve” in an agreement worth about 115m euros last summer, and he was expected to shine at Premier League under the direction of Thomas Tuchel, but things did not turn out as planned. After a disappointing year in West London, Luke returned to Interi for an 8m-euro loan agreement in an effort to regain its form.
Speaking for “DAZN”, Luke first spoke of his and Inter's intentions for the new season.
I don't care about the league goalist race. I'll tell you honestly, I only think about Scuditton. We're in Inter, here we play for Scuditton, we don't play for individual things”, Luke said initially.
He later found out which player first told him he wants to return to Inter.
“Lautaro. We spoke in the Instagram and then on thehatsapp. He was one of the first I talked to, then Dimarco, Baston and others.”, he added.
The Belgian next spoke of the difficult period in Chelsea.
The season in Chelsea gave me an additional incentive to do even better than before. I think in a year everyone has forgotten the things I'm able to do in the field. That's the kind of anger I have inside of me, which now has the team, which didn't win last year, we all hope to do better together and bring something home.”, Luke noted.
The Inter starts the championship with the match against Lecce on a trip Sunday.
