Latifa Deputy Prime Minister Artis Pabriks has said that a moment will come when Serbia must choose between Russia and Europe.

“There is no high road”, he tweets.

And because of developments in Kosovo, where criminal groups in the North organised roadblocks, Pabriks says that “this would make many EU countries skeptical about Serbia's perspective on the European Union”.

On Sunday under the inspiration of President Aleksandar Vuciq, a number of local Serbs blocked roads leading to the two Jarinje and Brnjak border points.

This was scheduled on August 1st to implement reciprocity in documents for Serbs entering Kosovo.

But war “alameter” was released and the situation was tense.

Then, at the request of the American Embassy, the government of Kosovo has postponed its decision on reciprocity until September 1st.

My finding is that the launch signals in Balkans will make many EU countries even more sceptical about Serbian to join the Union. There will be a moment where Belgrade must choose what they want to do with their introduction? Heather Russia or Europe. There is no middle way.
