French prosecutors are investigating accusations weighing on Pogba's brother, Mathias and childhood friends. According to the AP, they tried to blackmail famous Juvenus footballer.
The AP stresses that this group has repeatedly intimidated the French national. A close official with the investigation, who insisted on remaining anonymous, confirmed Tuesday to the AP agency that Pogba told investigators he had already paid 100,000 euros.
According to French media reports, Paul Pogba told investigators that extortioners wanted to discredit him by broadcasting video messages where the famous football player allegedly sought by a witch to cast a spell on the star of the French national and Paris Sant-Germain attacker Kyylan Mbappe.
The AP recalls that Paul Pogba denied those charges. Mathias Pogba announced to social networks two days ago that he will discover “many things for his brother Paul, his manager Rafael Pimenta and Mbppe.
Mbppe has declined to comment on this information.
