Bilek has said the removal of the Kosovo visa regime is in the main agenda of the Czech presidency.
We really hope for further progress in this process. Visa liberalisation for Kosovo is on the main agenda of the Czech Presidency, and we are willing to start a debate in all EU Council processing bodies. However, I want to remind you that the decision to do so is in the hands of member states. But I still see an important role for Kosovo leaders. They should continue to talk to member states about their doubts and bring concrete arguments so that they can convince them”, he has said of Telegrafi.
The diplomat from Chechia has also shown steps that this state can help integrate Kosovo into European Union mechanisms.
He has said that EU chairmanship by his country is coming in problematic times when Russia's aggression towards the state of Ukraine is taking place.
Bilek has said that Kosovo and Serbia should do more for further progress in dialogue, and that success of dialogue will be crucial to the European path of both countries.
