Kosovo Superleagues champion, The FC Balkans, started last night's adventure in the Champions League equaling 1:1 to the Zalgiris team.

The Balkans failed to take advantage of the potential as local at the “Stadium, Fadil Vokrri”, so leaving everything open in the return match as far as the qualifications are concerned, Kosovo follows.

It won't be easy next week”, said Buff.

Furthermore, Buff indicated that the result was due to goalkeeper Edwin Gertmons, who denied the Balkan goal in some cases.

“We allowed opponents to create cases, we had cases ourselves. The opponent's attacks were really sharp, goalkeeper Edwin Gertmons saved our gate from goals. The team's engagement was good, much action, effort, but there were many mistakes. This did not allow us to achieve a more positive score”, Buff said.

Finally, Zalgiris midfielder indicated it was difficult to play at the “Fadil Vokrri” stadium, due to inadequate terrain, but said he hopes the team will use the local advantage in the upcoming match.

It wasn't easy playing in this field, it was deep. However, it was the same for both teams. I hope we have an advantage in our field and we can play better football”, Buff said.
