A few months ago, after the start of the war in Ukraine, Albin Kurti's government founded the Security Fund, which citizens were invited to contribute.
The amount of money raised in that fund is set to be kept secret for those invited to contribute.
The opposition MP asks what is happening to the fund, which has recently emerged from key topics in the country.
