A product of Manchester City's academy, Murak has not joined the first team in Citizens and has rather spent most of his career in borrowing.
Last season, he went on loan to Adana Demirspor in Turkey and held 32 presentations for them, holding the clean gate ten times.
Murak will hope to continue his development with Burnley and help them return to Premier League.
Kosovar will be transferred to Burnley for about 3m euros.
