He said Kosovo celebrates these achievements of neighbours, until he added that it joins commitments to reforms towards the EU.
“Congratulations on Albania and Northern Macedonia for opening negotiations with the European Union. Kosovo celebrates your historic achievements and joins in pledges towards reforms that will transform your countries and strengthen our region in Europe”, Kurti wrote on Twitter.
Earlier, the country's president also congratulated the two neighbouring states, but along with the EU, he also addressed the EU with the requirement for urgent visa liberalisation for Kosovo.
