Kosovo assistant coach in handball physically attacks 18-year-old goalkeeper

The desire of Kosovo's talented goalkeeper, Menot Pozheg, to reach the top with the Kosovo National in Handball could be interrupted at the age of 18, if no measures are taken against the assistant coach, Leonard Culay, as he says in the FHK email.

This scandalous move took place on July 6th around 12:00 at the gathering of the Kosovo National Handball, where during the entirely unreasonable assistant-train exercise, Leonard Culay, he has struck the 18-year-old goalkeeper with two hands on his face.

goalie Pozheg in his statement to the Kosovo Police has indicated that the event had occurred after they were conducting exercises so that the ball would not fall to the ground and during these activities, the team had played ball before them and the assistant coach had not whistled to interrupt the game. But when the team's turn came, including Menot Pozheg, as the ball fell to the ground, assistant coach Culay had stopped playing.

And at this moment, 18-year-old told him in a joke like he says: ” Why did the coach not stop playing for us?

After this very human sentence of the doorman, as stated in his statement, there had come the scandalous reaction of a helper named Leonard Culay, who approached him and said: ” shui don't talk”, and then he struck him with both hands on his face and confessed to the goalkeeper Pozheg.

After the blow he had picked up his arm and, as Pozheg put it, he was threatening you with the words: ” After that, the doorman told him to let go of his arm and leave him alone.

All of this has been seen closely by the coach's chief, Taib Kabashi, who had approached Pozheg and told him to go into the room and relax because they will hold a meeting for the occasion.

At the meeting held at 13:45, the temporary suspension of goalkeeper Menot Pozheg was also imposed so that he is not part of the Kosovo National until after Bajram's holiday, even though Pozheg was a victim in the case.

In this case Pozheg has declared witnesses to be his teammates, who were there when all this happened.

The one about this incident has filed a complaint to FHK in the direction of Federation Chairman Eugen Saracin and Secretary Izet Djindovci, where he has told the entire event on July 6th.

Pozhegu has warned that if no measures are taken against the assistant coach, Culaj, he will not be part of Kosovo's representative at the championship held in Bulgaria and will leave any activity in Kosovo Superliga in Handball.

” If I am not part of Kosovo's representative at the championship held in Bulgaria, and if there is no measures taken against the assistant senior coach mentioned for the violence exercise, my personal and uncomfortable decision will be to get rid of any activity in the Kosovo Superleague in Handball”, Pozheg has said further.

It should be noted that, 18-year-old is part of Pristina's first team team in Kosovo's Superliga, while the first career steps were taken at the Brotherhood. He had also been undisputed title in the U-19 National formation. /gazetamtro
