Opinionist Shkelzen Gashi has said that former President Hashim Thaci and former Prime Minister Kadri Wessel have done well to support the founding of the Special Court, while declaring VV has played a role against Kosovo's interest, rejecting it.
It's so easy. We've been warned to solve this problem. We haven't been able to talk before. Here's the core of the whole problem. I think President Thaci then and Prime Minister Wessel have done very well to press this case and have done well to vote the Special Court. There was no better choice, any choice after Dick Marty's report, would be worse. Not only would he go to the Security Council, but also for a host of other questions”, Gashi said in T7.
He also read part of Kadri Wessel's letter when he explained why he supported The Hague's Tribunal. The letter has called it historical and its words, Gashi has praised them as the attitude of a manship.
Wessel's “has maintained a manly attitude. That letter fascinated me. Wessel's letter is a historical”, Gashi said.
He, from his personal phone, has read a portion of Wessel's statement.
I am aware that there are people in Kosovo who think specialised rooms are an insult to our historic war to protect the people of Kosovo from Milosevic's crimes. But I don't see it that way, but I see it as an opportunity to respond to accusations and rumors that have circulated for years. Ever since Dick Marty published his unbashed report, it was inevitable that this day would come... That is why I have supported the establishment of the Tribunal”, quoted Gashi as former Prime Minister Veselin, who is still held in The Hague.
