Switzerland's promoter was transfer from Borussia Monchengladbach to Arsenal in the summer of 2016, writes Periscope.
Rome's coach, Jose Mourinho, reportedly was ready to sign with 29-year-olds in last year's passing summer term, but the club failed to reconcile for its price.
