Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has rejected a question of his retirement, telling a “fan would die without me”
The Swedish attacker is close to turning 41 and, despite being out of the field for months because of knee surgery, he has extended his contract with Milan.
Ibra has faced a question of when he will retire, and on that question he has never answered for a decade.
Asked by a fan during a live presentation at the Instagram of when he will retire, he said: Never. If I retire, football dies”
Ibra is continuing his rehabilitation as he seems to be returning to the field where he will fight for the sixth title in Serie A.
Although he was not part of many matches last season, the assailant has received praise for his contribution to helping young people in Milan's team who won Scuditton after 11 seasons.
