Kosovo won a win and three defeats, while Cyprus secured the four-win title.
Norway's Stine Austgulen, Eleni Pilakota and Cyprus' Veatrik Akathiotoou and Stephanie De Martino of Malta also entered Top 5. Eleni Pillacott has been selected MVP.
The Astera averaged 11 points for matches, seven jumps and 5.3 assistings.
Tuhina is 17-year-old and one of Kosovo's basketball hopes.
