This year's World Cup edition will be the first to be held in a Muslim country and will have strict control over alcohol consumption, writes Periscope.
According to Reuters, organisers will allow the sale of alcoholic beer outside the premises before and after the matches, but cannot consume it within the stadiums.
Beers will be available only in a small part of licensed hotels and clubs, which are supposed to cost over $26 (U.S.).
