The Pristina municipality was hired to give “Sunny Hill Festival” 17 hectares of land used for 99 years in order to hold this event in Kosovo.
But further procedures have dragged on to Government, which has led organisers to eventually withdraw.
As Express finds out, organisers feel depressed with the many delays caused by the lack of an answer by the executive.
