A Russian general has died in Donbas, according to Russian state media, citing the Telegram channel of a war correspondent Sunday.
Russian General was identified as Roman Kutuzov by Russian state media and Ukraine's Armed Forces, writes CNN, broadcast Clankosova.tv.
“After the Telegram channel of military correspondent Alexander Sladkov, Kutuzov, a local Air Force, led people on the attack and died in battle”.
Ukraine's Armed Forces also said Kutuzov was dead.
“General General Roman Kutuzov, commander of the First Army Corps (Orcs) [ The DPR], officially debuted and demilitarised”, Ukraine's Armed Forces said on Sunday in a Facebook post.
