The SPG striker, who is second on Brazil's top goal scorer list of all time, is expected to play his last tour with his national World Cup in Qatar later this year, amid retirement reports.
Neymar is also said to have told his fellow players who has decided to inherit his number 10 fanfare, a number worn by Pelé, Ronaldinho and Kakha.
In an interview with PodPah via E SPN, Rodrygo found out: “Neymar said: “I am already leaving the national and 10 is your”. I didn't even know what to say. I was ashamed, laughed, and didn't know what to say properly. I told him he had to play some more, I didn't want any more now. And then he laughed”.
