The Democratic Party of Kosovo, Donjet Bislimi, at a media conference, has called for the Kosovo Prosecutor to launch investigations into the abuse relationship of 335 thousand euros by Deputy Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports Daulin Osmani.
Bislimi said that this money of Kosovar taxpayers, through a scheme of fraud and camouflage that constitutes a pure conflict of legal responsibility, has benefited from the project, titled “Direct to Mt” Mimoza Osmani, who is Deputy Minister Dauline Osmani's sister, who is Prime Minister Albin Kurti's most trusted man in the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.
“The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports initiated a memorandum of co-operation a month ago involving the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, as well as the Nongovernmental Organisation “Shkolor Sports Forum”. Through this memorandum, the Ministry of Culture has awarded 335 thousand euros to the non-government organisation “The School Sports Foundation”, which was obliged to organise the project “directly to Mt.” aimed at sending ski students to Brezovica. This NGO had taken over to buy winter equipment for students, as well as accommodate them at a hotel in Brezovica. What happened is that this non-government organisation, with the culture ministry's money, contracted the “Omnisport” company with the owner of Deputy Minister Davidina Osmani's sister. So the assistant minister's sister except that she has the owner of this company, she also works there.”, he stressed.
Based on the bidding title, Bislimi said that some 335 thousand euros were purchased and others spent on accommodating at the “Molika” in Brezovica, which according to official documentation doesn't work at all in Kosovo but is registered in Serbia.
So, some of this money from Kosovar taxpayers, from the Kosovo Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, ended up in the hotel's studio in Serbia. To prove that Deputy Minister Dauline Osmani was the bearer of this project that gave the money to her sister's company, you can access her Facebook page and see how she promoted this project. She had even invited him to Brezovica during those days that the project was being implemented, even Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who went to Brezovica and along with Deputy Minister Dauline Osmani, the snowy days he boarded the chair.”, he added.
According to Bislim, this abusive relative is disturbing not only for the benefit of a family of Vetevendosje's title, but also because the money is spent on price swelled with accelerated procedures. The Democratic Party of Kosovo calls on Minister Ceku to render an account and clarify this relatively abusive, so this case should be cleared as soon as possible and violators put to legal responsibility as possible.
“Although several days have passed that this abusive project has been denounced by the media, Vetevendosje Minister Hajrullah Ceku has not yet been declared on this issue and that silence cannot be interpreted differently than approval.”, he said.
