Marcelo reportedly refused Milan's offer.
The Italian club reportedly offered contract to the Brazilian defender, who the previous day ended the 15-year adventure at Real Madrid.
Milan was said to have offered an annual salary of 3m euros and according to “AS”, the offered salary is the reason Marcelo has rejected the offer.
The 34-year-old at Real Madrid earned 6m euros a year and seems not interested in accepting a bid that wins half less.
Marcelo on June 30th will remain a free player, when he also officially expires the contract with Real Madrid.
Even Fenerbahce has expressed interest in Fluminens' football player.
