The International Committee of the Mediterranean Games (ICMG), at the last meeting, has decided to trust the Kosovo Olympic Committee, organising the next meeting of the ICG Executive Committee.
The announcement has also been published on the ICG official website, where it says the upcoming meeting will be held in Pristina this December.
This trust also comes as a result of our commitment to important role in international organisations, as are the appointment of our staff to ICG commissions. I thank the ICG Executive Committee for the opportunity, for which I believe we will have an exemplary organisation for other countries”, said KOK President Ismet Krasniqi.
This is the first time the KOK has been entrusted with such a summit by major international sports organisations.
