Government stopped financial support from Suhareka municipality for the Balkans, club comes in response

After that, the Suharekas club has come up with a public reaction, criticising the government for the move.

“If the state or government in question cannot help us, at least not to interfere with our journey which has been made with many business and family sacrifices working and investing in sports, where many families in the FC Balkan club receive salaries by supporting their families, in this form of neglect, our investors and our athletes are leaving their birthplace”, it was said among other things in their response.

Your Honor, Mr. Chairman. Bali Muharremaj, our municipality's honoured assemblyist, thank you for the financial support, to support our club on the European route, we regret that the Government of Kosovo has decided to block the financial tools our municipality has divided into regular procedure. We're just worried that at this time when we as clubs should represent not only The FC Balkans, but the state of Kosovo in the prestigious European football race in the UEFA champion league, the government of our state only looks negatively at the advancement of our youth. If the state or government in question cannot help us, at least not to interfere with our journey, which has been made with many business and family sacrifices working and investing in sports, where many families in the FC Balkan club receive salaries by carrying their families, in this form of neglect, even our investors are leaving their homeland. However, we as a club and wider sports community will never give up because we have had even greater challenges in life. Therefore, dear fans and our citizens, no whim or attempt of indvid or group of individuals can stop us from our sacred mission of making the FC the Balkans and Kosovo the place we will take even further.
