Gervala's ministry does not like the sons of Isa Mustaf, brought BMWs famous for serving in northern Macedonia

The BMW's extensive foreign affairs and Diaspora Ministry cars, directed by Donika Grovalla, have been sent for service in northern Macedonia. Their service has not been conducted in Kosovo, even though the BMW has authorized service. The MPJD refused to speak. While, Besnik Mustafa, son of former Prime Minister Mustafa, whose company has authorisation for BMW in Kosovo, has clarified the situation.

There is a service in Kosovo for the sale and regulation of BMW. In fact, he can easily be found for anyone in need.

Even owners of this business are recognised by all of Kosovo, as they are the sons of former Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa.

However, it seems that this fact is displeasing to Minister Donika Gervalla, as the institution she heads puts into the “black players” Mustaf's boys' business, deciding that MPJD cars lead to craftsmen abroad.

Democracy.com has provided photographs of the MPJD's official cars, which testify they have been sent for service in northern Macedonia.

The editorial has requested a clarification by MPJD concerning sending cars for service outside Kosovo, but so far they have returned no response.

The questions sent to this institution are also made public for the sake of transparency.

“Why has the MPJD decided to send these cars to Northern Macedonia and not to the company operating in Pristina? Can you tell us the value of all the service being done to these cars? How many BMW cars, the property of MPJD, have been sent to northern Macedonia for service?

Democracy.com has tried to get a statement on car service from even “BMW M care Macedonia”, but contact with them has been impossible.

The owner of the company “M The LLC” Group, Besnik Mustafa, who is also authorised for BMW's Kosovo service and sale, has said the Foreign Ministry has acted differently with BMW in Kosovo and unlike BMW in northern Macedonia.

For Macedonia it has not announced a tender at all and cars are sent for service there directly to BMW. So without even putting the company in competition. But that is not what he did to us. To us in Kosovo, it has sent demands that we participate in the car service tender, which means that we as BMW's authorised dealer compete in the tender and equalise with other companies, which are normally smaller and do not have the authorization we have from BMW”, Mustafa told Democracy.com.

He's already shown that the cars of this ministry should be served directly to the BMW and become a regular service and maintenance contract.

There is no need to announce a tender for these cases. For these cars, only a regular contract has to be made, and we as BMW representatives serve and maintain those cars”, Mustafa said.

According to him, sending cars for service to northern Macedonia has cost the state more dearly.

“Normal that only sending cars up to Macedonia has additional costs. Don't forget the fact here that oil has been spent. Likewise, even if an official goes abroad he hires as much as”, he said.

Buying these BMW cars from MPJ at the time of former minister Behgjet Pacolli had produced numerous public reactions years ago. While former Prime Minister Glauk Konjufca, now chief parliamentary, had warned he would investigate the process of buying them.
