German government: Serbia has imposed sanctions on Russia as Kosovo

The German government has summed up Chancellor Olaf Scholz's visit to the Western Balkan countries, while one of the chapters of this statement is also dedicated to the approach of Western Balkan countries face Russian aggression in Ukraine.
