“We confirmed this in Brussels with leaders of the Western Balkans”, she wrote on Twitter during the summit following a meeting with Western Balkan states.

“Estonia has always supported their membership in the EU, and it is more important than ever to give them clear messages and deepen rapid integration”, the Estonian government's first added.

Member states reportedly are discussing whether to include candidate status for Bosnia and Herzegovina in their final conclusions. They are expected to grant candidate status to Ukraine and Moldova.

Otherwise, Kallas has also met with Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani.
