As owner of the projecting company <x0M4M Group”, Rama's progress in late 2019 and in early 2020 had emerged very ambitiously, introducing trilateral agreements for the realisation of the neighbourhood construction project near Lake Badovci.

After many civil society protests with the reasoning that Lake's future is at stake, the project has found no implementation, even though Rama had staged it to the smallest detail and said it is legitimate.
The company “Kawa” has emerged again, even now in Rama's rule. Along with the company “Princess Construction”, they have been equipped with a construction permit from Rama's administration for the construction of the multinational business complex.
This group of investors has applied for construction permits on November 11th, 2021, or three weeks before the Rama Progress was sworn in as head of the capital. Companies are equipped with permission on January 26th, 2022. It's about building two very domestic objects with business, etage: 4B+2 S+P+3 and 4B+3 S+P+12, which has started building in the neighborhood “The new Pristina”. The tax on behalf of the complete construction permit has been paid 128,511.93 euros. Except now the company has not made “4M Group” of Rama Progress, but the company “A2 Engineering” S. P.K, which is owned by Arburim Ramosaj.
According to the notes within construction permits, it's about residence “Lord Revelation”
Also, as seen on construction permits, this group of companies had applied once again in the middle of last year for construction permits, but had been refused because they had problems with paying construction installments. /Mentor Buzhala-- PERISCOP/
