Baierney doesn't give up: Lewandowski is expected for pre-sezonal matches

Robert Lewandowski has made clear his wishes that he intends to play for Barcelona next season, but Beyern Munich does not intend to surrender and they expect him to be with the team for pre-sezonal preparations.

Polaku told the club chiefs he won't come back and he won't be with the bavarese team during the pre-sezonal matches.

However, in the absence of an agreement with Barcelona, Baierni does not accept this and insists that he must fulfill his contracts' duties.

“Landowski has contract with us until 2023 and we expect it on 12 July in Sabener Strasse”, Bayerni sports director Hasan Salihamidzic said.

The same German media reported yesterday on a meeting in Mallorca with club directors and Leandowski, where he expressed a desire to leave. The club's message was the same, and they expect him to be present on 12 July.

Lewandowski is already committed to several weeks and he hopes the two clubs reach an agreement. He said he wouldn't return to Bayern, but an offer should be accepted first and that's a problem.

Bayerni requires 50m euros -- a figure that Barcelona, regardless of how much the player wants, simply cannot achieve.
