Through a text on his Facebook account, Potter writes that “change means not only good words but also good works”.
He has even appealed to other militants not to become servile and obedient, remembering their promises to the citizens.
On the other hand, Potter is expressed disgruntled by the rule of his partner, Speedy Bulliqi.
Full response:
When government was changed in the Podujevo municipality, our citizens' conscience reflected high political levels, offering and enabling us to assume responsibility, trusting us to build orderliness in practical life. It was the moment, the spirit of radical change. It was the civic willingness to return that country for righteousness, for the establishment of legitimacy, wanted that change, more than the government itself, so they voted!
They wanted to have institutions that make citizens feel organized, realise their right to be provided by laws, implement projects for their neighbourhood and village indiscriminately, feel and treat equally. They wanted radical changes in education and health, in security and agriculture, and still in administration. For citizens the change has been long anticipated and welcome. Citizen Llapyan took the exam as often as she asked for a necessity.
But no, the long-awaited change didn't happen, something went wrong, and the government went back to the old rails.
Why?
Citizen Llapyan deserves to realize every dream you've been denied by anyone. You can't take advantage of any beneficiaries, abusers, criminals, abusers and let the administration be treated unjustly anymore.
We still have hope at the Central Level, and I never wanted this to happen the same as central government.
Let's not let the change that people voted for slip out of hand. We made a covenant, and We made a covenant.
The change means more than good words but good deeds. It doesn't just mean complaints but actions. It means courage to face challenges ahead.
Some in both local and central government, must quickly and often calibrate, ratify targets because they missed the target too much.
A political activist regardless of which party he is not supposed to be so servile and respectful. The subject needs loud and critical activists, not only that it's served, but that number -- just like a fighter in a battle in an instinct doesn't shoot a bullet and keep him from being injured and killed. And in the range of shootings they wreak havoc.
The people voted for a change, literally.
