The first session in this case was held on April 20, 2022, but was postponed for the day after accused Paul Lekaj said he did not read the indictment and asked for 10 days for preparation.
While, the Special Prosecutor, on February 4th 2021, has filed an indictment against Pal Lekaj and others for involvement in the corruption close when he was set to divide 53 million and 100 thousand euros in the name of continuing operations on the “Arcba Xhaferi” that connects the capital with Elez Khan.
