Germany's “Location is clear: Kosovo is the heart of Europe and belongs to the Council of Europe. Yesterday, I assured Foreign Minister Donika Grovalla of our support for membership” wrote Sarraz today on Twitter.
Sarrazin is standing on an official visit to Kosovo for the first time after taking office by the German government in February of this year.
