Police provide details about beating among fans at Pristina-Yolli match

A person has suffered serious bodily injuries following the clash between sympathisers during the event between Pristina and Star on Saturday evening, Kosovo Police have confirmed.

“Reported that during the development of a basketball match, some sympathies were involved in beating one of them, the Kosovo male victim had suffered serious bodily injuries”, the report said.

In addition, police add that the victim has been treated by medical staff and that the state prosecutor has consulted the case and that the case is being investigated.

The match between Pristina and Star was valid for the play-off phase and that the team from Suhareka has moved to the finals.
