Osmani meets Parlatino's parliament secretary: Speaking of Parliamentary diplomacy

Kosovo President Mrs. Vjosa Osmani has met with the executive secretary of the Parlatino Parliament.

Osman writes:

At a meeting with the executive secretary of the Latin American Parliament (Parlatino), Elías Castillo, as well as deputies of this parliament, I stressed Kosovo's commitment to building new bridges of co-operation and communication with the member states of Parlatino.

Parliamentary diplomacy always remains among the most effective tools for advancing reports between states.
