The Australian state of Victoria registered the first case of monkey oak, to a 30th man who had recently returned from Great Britain. On Friday, neighbouring New South Wales health authorities said they had identified another possible case of monkeypoke to a person in his early 40s who had recently returned to Sydney from Europe.
One case was also discovered in the German town of Munich for the first time since the beginning of the explosion several weeks ago, according to the Army Medical Service.
French authorities similarly confirmed that a 29-year-old man in the large area of Paris was infected with the virus. A second case was confirmed in Belgium on Friday, news agency “Belga” reported.
