According to Bala, the court's ruling is “the protection of usurpors and the punishment of those who defended public interest”.
“Depute and former official Jethmire Vrenese was sentenced to three years in prison because she defended public property... as were her actions. Such punishments have never been seen by officials who for years have been illegally enriched and misused official duty. Today's decision is actually the protection of usurpers and the punishment of those who defended public interest”, Balaj wrote.
Otherwise, the Constitutional Court in Prizren has found it guilty and sentenced it to three years in prison and 2 thousand euros in fines to Vetevendosje Movement deputy Jetmire Vranesi. Such a sentence has been pronounced against Islam Thaci.
