Alliance for the Future of Kosovo Chairman Ramush Haradinaj is considering now the time for Kosovo to transition to political and diplomatic offensives in the dialogue process to reach agreement with Serbia.
According to him, continuing technical dialogue is only causing damage to Kosovo.
“I think it's hurting the continuation of technical dialogue about billboards and stickers. It's time to move to a political and diplomatic offensive in the narrowest dialogue on Serbia, so put me before the act committed to gaining recognition and this approach of dialogue is wrong”, the AAK head said.
Former Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, who has just returned from a visit to the US, has also commented on the visit of current Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who is continuing to run in America.
Haradinaj said the results of this visit by Kurti are not seeing them.
“I think that I have done the right job there, it is very important for Kosovo to strengthen security, the rule of law, Kosovo's economic base, but also friendship with America, because it draws us towards NATO. As for the comments on the prime minister's visit, I'm saving myself because I'm not seeing the achievements of this visit... . Kurti is calling it a lot of shortcuts in the economy, he's interrupted all capital investments in infrastructure, you can't paint economies without infrastructure, the precondition that happens to me is infrastructure, that's why I said I'm saving because I'm not seeing the achievements I'm not seeing the success of the time you're using there, he said.
Kosovo has applied for membership in the Council of Europe last week, this Haradinaj initiative considers it done at the right time, until it stressed its commitment to the process.
“It's been a long, ongoing job, but it's a good time that it's not Russia at the Council of Europe already to prevent us. I believe very much in helping our allies and partners and realize it... is accomplished by all of Kosovo and institutions, it has been a great and constant work and we seriously engage to reach”, he stressed.
On 13 May 2022 in Brussels, a meeting at the level of chief negotiators has been held, but no agreement was yet reached over car plates.
